During this project, our team learned how to turn an idea into a real app using an AI-based platform (Base44). We faced challenges like organizing our ideas, designing a simple interface, and making the app engaging. We overcame them by testing, improving, and working together. We also learned the importance of teamwork, creativity, and listening to feedback. Testing with 10 users helped us understand what works and what needed improvement.

To make sure our information was reliable, we researched trusted sources about habits, motivation, and personal growth. We also compared different ideas and selected the ones that made the most sense for our project. In addition, we tested our app with 10 users and used their feedback to validate our decisions. This helped us confirm that our concept is useful, understandable, and engaging for real users.
