Daily Fox
This project proposes the development of an application aimed at empowering women who face difficulties in breaking toxic relationships due to emotional and financial dependence. The platform brings together educational content and professional tutorials such as guidance for preparing a CV, preparing for interviews and developing skills with the aim of promoting autonomy. To ensure user safety, the application presents a disguised interface, releasing its real functionalities only through a password. In addition, it offers online psychological support, contributing to emotional strengthening. The initiative is aligned with SDG 5 Gender Equality and SDG 10 Reducing Inequalities.

We discovered Technovation Girls through the Colabora project and, from there, we formed a team to participate. Throughout the project, we developed a better understanding of application design and programming. We use Figma to create the design and Thunkable to develop the prototype.
One of the main challenges was defining how the application would work in practice and ensuring its efficiency. With frequent meetings and exchange of ideas, we were able to better structure the solution and arrive at a clearer proposal. Throughout the process, we had the support of mentors, who contributed to improving the project.
Information Legitimacy Description
Violence against women in Brazil is a persistent problem. Factors such as loneliness (30%), dependence on the partner (24%) and low self-esteem (18%) increase vulnerability, while shame (21%) and preservation of the family (17%) make it difficult to break up. More than half of the interviewees reported a family history of violence, demonstrating a transgenerational nature. Consequences include self-blame, hopelessness and isolation. In 2022, 18 million Brazilian women suffered some type of violence, and in 2023, 722 femicides were recorded in the first half of the year alone. This data reinforces the urgency of integrated protection and autonomy solutions.
