Elas + Saúde
The Elas+Saúde app was developed to offer accessible information about women's health to young people, teenagers, and adults, with women as its primary target audience. The app addresses topics such as puberty, menarche, and bodily changes throughout life, encouraging knowledge, self-care, and well-being. With simple language and reliable content, it helps users better understand their bodies in a safe and supportive way. Furthermore, it was created in alignment with SDGs 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and 4 (Quality Education), contributing to both health and education.

Learning Journey
During the development of our app, we learned a lot about technology and teamwork. We had important support from the school, our mentor Douglas, and teacher Jennyfer, who helped us a lot throughout the process. We faced some challenges, such as lack of equipment, internet access, and limited time due to classes. To overcome this, we organized ourselves better, divided tasks, and improved our communication. With this experience, we learned to plan, collaborate as a team, and develop an app, even with difficulties, always striving to do our best.
Information Legitimacy Description
To ensure the information in our app was accurate, we researched reliable sources such as Ministry of Health websites, educational materials, and content from recognized organizations. We also used what we learned in Science and Biology classes. In addition, we talked to friends to understand real questions about menstruation and the body. This allowed us to combine scientific knowledge with everyday experiences. To substantiate our research, we have provided all the sources used in the bibliography attached in the field requested by the competition.

When developing Elas+Saúde, we gave a lot of thought to ethics and the well-being of our users. In the first version, the app does not collect personal data, ensuring greater security and privacy. In the premium version, if there is a charge, the data will be protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Law. We also took care to use respectful, simple, and welcoming language, without judgment. We do not use AI in the app's operation, considering the environmental impact and resource consumption. Our goal is to inform without causing dependence, encouraging conscious use. Thus, we created a safe, responsible application that contributes positively to the lives of girls.
