Learning Journey
Our group learned throughout the project how to deal with technical and emotional challenges. We had difficulties with MIT App Inventor at the beginning, which led to moments of insecurity and disorganization. However, by studying the platform, we were able to solve these technical problems. Over time, our confidence improved, and we worked together better as a team to complete everything.
Information Legitimacy Description
Our team ensured the information was reliable by collecting data directly from girls in the tech field. We used a questionnaire to understand their opinions and experiences. Many said they don't want to continue in the field due to a lack of guidance, inspiration, and the confusing way the content is presented. The research included girls of different ages from the Federal Institute, which helped us understand real problems and validate our idea.

Since the beginning we developed our app thinking in protect and fortify women's in technology. We prioritize the privacy of our users, ensuring that their data is secure and never used without their consent. We created a respectful and comfortable space where womans can report users who, in the inspiration section, write something that goes against the app's rules, excludes minorities, or posts uncomfortable content. Every decision about this app wasn't just about crate it, but a safe space for support, exchange and growth. Every decision was made with the responsibility of providing a tool that truly helps, without causing risks or exclusion.
An important example of an ethical decision was choosing not to include psychologists in the app. We understood that offering this type of support without the proper structure could be risky for users. We focused on ensuring quality and safety in what we could truly deliver well.
