Our project aims to provide training and capacity building on specific learning disorders for teachers, thereby improving the performance of these students. This application connects teachers with professionals knowledgeable in the field; teachers can access the application and participate in courses on how to support these students and learn more.

Our team learned more about neurodivergences through the research we conducted to better understand the problem we chose. We also had the opportunity to speak with professionals who work with neurodivergent individuals. We had to learn how to edit the video pitch and the technical video, and with the help of mentors and some tutorials, we were able to do it.
Information Legitimacy Description
To ensure the information in our project was accurate, we didn't accept just any source. We used reliable websites, such as those of USP and Unesp, to understand the specific types of learning disorders like dyslexia and giftedness, and we also consulted the ABCD Institute and the American Psychiatric Association to guarantee the accuracy of the medical data. Then, we confirmed all this information with what we heard in conversations with professionals and with the responses we received from our questionnaires.

In Brazil, we have the Data Protection Law, and we also develop materials to raise awareness that all approaches should respect non-violent communication and the needs of schools and teachers when discussing their challenges.
