Working With Refugees
Our app aims to help refugees in the search for jobs in Brazil, since unemployment and difficulties finding jobs are the main problems 66% of the refugees face in our country. In the Working With Refugees app, those people can select their skills and competences in their profiles, which helps them filter and choose the vacancies that match the most with their skills. There is also an employer profile, throughout which employers can announce their job vacancies fit for foreigners.

Learning Journey
This journey has been incredible for many reasons. First, we learned a lot about people who need our help and how we can help them. Even with so many job vacancies in the world, not everybody has the luck or the conditions, knowledge and possibilities to find a good and fair job.
Beyond that, during the Technovation weeks we all learned how to make better arguments and express our ideas in a better way, how to work together as a team, respecting everyone’s opinion and most importantly, giving our best in pursuing what we wanted.
We also met a lot of wonderful people. Get in Technovation, knowing that there are amazing women trying to help us, girls, to enter the world of technology and understand how it functions was very good for us. It made us even more interested in tech.
We thank every experience we had while working together!
