Our app is designed for girls aged 12 to 18 in Rio de Janeiro. To connect with them, we created Cari, a female character who is the face of our app. She represents a typical teenage girl from Rio. We will use Cari in our social media campaigns on TikTok and Instagram to talk about health topics in a fun and friendly way. Our goal is to make the app feel like a supportive community, different from clinical adult apps. We tested the prototype with girls our age, and they loved how Cari makes sensitive topics more approachable.
Information Legitimacy Description
Our team prioritizes user privacy. Since our app handles sensitive female health information for girls aged 12-18, we do not collect or store personal identifiable data without consent. All medical information is sourced from reliable health organizations to ensure we provide accurate and safe guidance. We ensure that our mascot, Cari, promotes a positive and healthy body image for all users.
