Primeira Chance
Primeira Chance is an app developed to help young students and recent graduates secure their first job opportunity. The app brings together internship and job openings, as well as courses that aid in professional development. With a simple and accessible design, the app allows users to register, view opportunities, and apply easily. Designed for those who lack experience, Primeira Chance promotes inclusion and development, aligning with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG 8 (Decent Work) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).

Learning Journey
We experienced a learning process that involved both technology and collaboration. We had the support of the school, which provided equipment and spaces, and of mentors Douglas and Marta, who were essential in guiding the project. We faced challenges such as a lack of computers and limited time due to school activities, but we managed to overcome these difficulties with organization, division of tasks, and good communication. Technovation helped us develop responsibility and teamwork, showing that, even in the face of obstacles, it is possible to build relevant solutions when there is dedication, unity, and focus on a common goal.
Information Legitimacy Description
To ensure the quality and reliability of the information in the application, we used official sources such as the Ministry of Labor and Employment and IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics), as well as content from recognized portals (G1 and Veja) and articles from institutions such as FGV and SciELO Brasil. We also listened to colleagues, students, and people in our social circles to understand their real doubts and needs. In this way, we were able to combine reliable data with everyday experiences. All references used have been organized and are available in the attached bibliography, as requested.

In creating the app, we took great care with ethics and responsibility towards our users. The application collects data such as email, phone number, and CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), but everything is done with consent, in a clear and transparent manner, following the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). In the premium version, payment data is also protected with security criteria. We also considered the well-being of users, creating a simple, fast, and useful app that doesn't encourage excessive use, but rather real actions. Furthermore, we chose not to use artificial intelligence, considering its environmental impacts. Our goal was to develop a safe, conscious, and accessible solution that respects people and contributes positively to society.
