Our project is an app that helps women start their professional lives, even without experience. Through a simple registration, the app analyzes the user's skills, available time, and current situation to create a personalized growth plan. It indicates local and online job opportunities, as well as offering micro-tasks and educational content, such as resume creation and customer service. The app tracks the user's progress, suggesting next steps to increase their income. The solution is aligned with SDG 8 and also impacts SDGs 5 and 4, promoting inclusion, education, and financial autonomy.

Learning Journey
Our team learned how to transform a real problem into a technological solution with social impact. We developed skills in organization, teamwork, and creating app functionalities. One of the main challenges was structuring the ideas and defining how the app would work in practice, as well as adapting the solution to different realities, such as lack of internet access or professional experience. We overcame this through research, testing ideas, and dividing tasks, ensuring that each part of the project was well-developed and aligned with the goal of helping women.
Information Legitimacy Description
To ensure the legitimacy of the project's information, we used research based on the reality of our community and common situations faced by women seeking their first job. We analyzed reliable data from public sources, such as educational content and information about the job market. Furthermore, we focused on practical and realistic solutions, avoiding assumptions. The functionalities were designed based on real needs, such as limited access to technology and lack of experience, ensuring that the application is useful, feasible, and appropriate to the users' context.

We consider ethics a central pillar in the development of our application. We prioritize user privacy, collecting only essential information and avoiding misuse of personal data. The app was designed to be inclusive, without discrimination based on age, education, or social condition, ensuring access to opportunities for women in different realities. We also promote safety by offering guidance to avoid risks in on-site work and encouraging fair relationships between users and employers. Additionally, we avoid unrealistic promises, focusing on practical opportunities. Our goal is to generate positive impact and promote financial autonomy in a responsible, safe, and transparent way.
