Learning Journey

Learning Journey

In this application, we learned about anxiety, understanding its causes and impacts, with the goal of developing a useful solution. We also explored technology and how to structure our idea, organizing the project’s features. During the process, we faced difficulties mainly in designing the screens and organizing ideas in a clear and functional way. Despite the challenges, we gained important knowledge. We learned how to develop a pitch, improving our communication, and used the Lean Canvas to plan the business model. This experience contributed to our learning in technology, organization, teamwork, and development of creative solutions together

Information Legitimacy Description

Our team verified the reliability of the information used in the project by consulting trusted sources such as academic articles, official health websites, and publications from recognized organizations. We compared data from different sources to ensure consistency and accuracy. In addition, we prioritized recent studies to keep the content up to date. We also asked young people questions to better understand their real experiences and needs. Whenever possible, we reviewed the information with guidance from teachers and professionals. This process helped ensure that the app content is accurate, relevant, and trustworthy for users overall.

Ethics

While developing our application, we carefully considered ethical principles to ensure user safety and respect. Since the app deals with mental health, we prioritized privacy and confidentiality, making sure that all personal data is protected and only shared with user consent. We also avoided providing medical diagnoses, focusing instead on emotional support and guidance. In addition, we ensured that the content is age-appropriate and does not cause harm or distress. We included features that encourage users to seek help from qualified professionals when needed. Feedback from young users was also considered to avoid bias and improve inclusivity. Overall, our goal was to create a responsible, safe, and supportive digital environment for teenagers.
