Application created to organize the queue of the Unified Health System (SUS) of Brazil and indicate the appropriate place for care, such as hospitals (UPA) or local health clinics, depending on each case. Developed to reduce overcrowding, it assists with triage and patient care in the public health system. It provides information such as pharmacy locations, vaccine updates, alerts against fake news, access to exams with verification seals, and data on reported cases. It also enables contact with doctors through chat, highlighting their specialties, and relies on healthcare teams and developers (Dev) to ensure efficiency and proper functioning.

We learned that developing an application is a complex process that requires planning, dedication, and teamwork. During the project, we realized that many people need solutions that prevent them from leaving home and facing long waits for care in the Unified Health System (SUS). Given this reality, we identified a relevant problem that needed to be solved. Therefore, we decided to create a modern and accessible solution. Despite the challenges encountered during development, we chose to continue the project, as we understand that it is an important public need for Brazilian society today and in the future.
Information Legitimacy Description
We consulted former SUS employees, current staff, doctors, and people who use and depend on the system. All of them considered the idea excellent and agreed that the application could significantly improve healthcare services. In addition, we received several suggestions, which were carefully analyzed. Based on this feedback, we studied each proposal in order to incorporate the best ideas and meet the main identified needs.

During the development of the application for Technovation Girls, we applied ethical principles based on responsibility and transparency. We used artificial intelligence as a support tool, analyzing and adapting ideas to create an original solution. We also sought guidance from professionals who work or have worked in Brazil’s public health system (SUS), respecting their experience and contributions. We were careful not to copy content, valuing authorship and ensuring originality. In addition, we prioritized the responsible use of information, considering the social impact of the application and its benefits for the population, promoting accessibility, digital inclusion, and improved public healthcare services.
