Our team learned to see our community not only as residents, but as agents of transformation, using technology to solve real problems for real people. Through developing the SOS Saúde Residencial app, we expanded our understanding of how innovation impacts the community.
During the project, we built applications, working on both design and programming while developing technical and creative skills. We also strengthened our ethical perspective, recognizing the importance of data security and accessibility.
This journey showed us that technology and empathy together can create solutions that truly make a difference in people’s lives.

Our team ensured the information used in our project was legitimate by consulting reliable and official sources, such as health websites and educational platforms. We compared information from different sources to confirm accuracy and prioritized updated data. In addition, we discussed our findings with teachers and mentors to validate the content. We also avoided unreliable websites and checked the credibility of each source before using it. This process helped us ensure that the information included in our app is trustworthy, safe, and relevant for users.

Our app was developed with ethical responsibility, using official government links to ensure full reliability in verifying data about each user’s health center. We prioritized information security and transparency in access to health services. In addition, we created a simple and accessible login for all ages, promoting digital inclusion. The app allows users to manage their medications in a practical way and also perform exercises without leaving home. It also includes an integrated chat for questions, providing guidance on health and well-being in a safe and accessible way.
