Vitalis
Vitalis is a health application focused on continuous care and the organization of users’ well-being. The platform brings together features such as medication and appointment reminders, alerts for periods of crisis or illness, a chatbot for pre-screening and self-assessment tests.
Additionally, it allows users to schedule appointments, track waiting lists, access specialists, find the nearest primary healthcare unit (UBS), and access reliable informational content, promoting greater autonomy, prevention, and health monitoring.

Information Legitimacy Description
Our team ensured the legitimacy of the information by verifying it through reliable sources, such as official health organizations, scientific articles, and recognized platforms. We also cross-checked data across multiple sources and prioritized up-to-date content. Additionally, we evaluated the credibility of authors and avoided unverified information, ensuring greater accuracy and reliability in the project.

Our team considered ethics as a central principle in the development of the application, prioritizing the privacy and security of users’ data, especially since it involves sensitive health information. We aimed to ensure transparency in data usage, as well as to provide reliable information based on trustworthy sources.
We also avoided replacing professional medical care, making it clear that the application serves as a support tool. Additionally, we considered accessibility by developing a platform that can be used by people of different ages, from young individuals to the elderly, in a simple and responsible way.
