Over 60% of public schools in Brazil face a shortage of teachers, leading to missed classes, disorganization, and underutilized resources. To address this issue, we created Smart Schedule, an app that automatically reorganizes class schedules whenever a teacher reports an absence. The system sends real-time notifications to administrators, teachers, and students, streamlining communication and decision-making. It also helps optimize the use of key spaces like computer labs, chemistry labs, and auditoriums. By improving time and resource management, Smart Schedule supports a more efficient and adaptive school routine, tailored to the daily challenges of the educational environment.

Learning Journey
Participating in Technovation was a unique and challenging experience, from choosing a social problem to understanding how to create a functional app. In the beginning, everything was new. We didn’t know much about entrepreneurship, programming, or how to develop a tech solution for a real problem. We never imagined we would be able to create an app and present our idea to others.
Throughout the program, we learned how to research, plan, organize tasks, and communicate ideas more clearly. We also learned about programming, entrepreneurship, marketing, and how listening to others makes a difference in teamwork. Each stage was an opportunity for growth. We faced difficulties with deadlines, decisions, bugs, and even moments when we thought about giving up. But with the support of our mentor and team, we overcame those obstacles.
One of the most memorable moments was seeing our project take shape and realizing the impact it could have on the community. That gave us pride and motivation to keep going.
Technovation showed us that we are capable of going beyond what we imagined. Today, we feel more confident, curious, and ready for new challenges with courage and creativity. This journey inspired us to continue in technology and believe in we
