Problem discovery: When dealing with our own mental health, we realize the lack of access to resources to help deal with emotional crises and daily care. We decided to explore the possibility of creating an app that could help other people facing similar issues.

Programming: The members responsible for programming the app learned how to use kodular

Market Research: We conducted research to better understand the needs and challenges of people dealing with mental disorders. We also researched other mental health apps on the market to understand what was working and what could be improved.

Feature development: Based on market research, we worked on developing features for the app, including tools to help manage emotions, breathing techniques, etc.

Teamwork: We learned how to deal with differences and how time, understanding, communication and support are essential for good teamwork. In addition, we were able to connect more with each other, thus forming a beautiful and strong bond of friendship.
